To best serve our valued commercial, residential, and apartment management company customers, Best Karpet Klean has made major investments in both the training of our expert technicians and the highest quality equipment available today. Our technicians are continuously trained in all facets of carpet and upholstery cleaning, carpet repairing, water and fire damage carpet restoration, odor elimination from carpet and upholstery, and ceramic tile and grout cleaning & sealing.

We utilize the best equipment on every possible job. For example, during this project truck mounted equipment was run six floors up.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Process

1. Technicians assess area or areas to be cleaned for extraordinary stains or problem areas.
2. Technicians set up extraction machine and apply pre spotting agent(s) to areas needing extra attention.
3. Technicians apply either the traditional wand extraction method or our new age rotary extraction method with the proper drying pass, paying extra attention to problem areas.
4. Technicians replace any moved furniture while placing protective foam blocks or plastic tabs where needed.
5. The drying process is on average anywhere from 4 to 8 hours and is expedited by increased air movement (i.e. fans, open windows, etc…).  Other determining factors for dry time are temperature of area(s) cleaned, time of year and temperature outside, air conditioners, heaters, etc…

Assessments Available

Assessments with documentation are done at no charge for our Apartment Management Company customers.  As a tenant moves out or is evicted, our staff will enter the unit and give a detailed & documented list of services with prices that need to be provided in that unit to fulfill the needs of restoring, repairing, or cleaning that carpet.  This work can then be set up at your discretion. 

Carpet Repairing

There are many types of carpet repairs that can be done to save or extend the life of your carpeting. These repairs include:

1. Patching carpet (ex. bleach stains, cigarette burns)
2. Re-seaming carpet together
3. Repairing/replacing carpet thresholds (any style - metal, vinyl, etc.)
4. Stretching a buckled carpet
5. Re-securing a carpet that has pulled off a threshold or wall
6. Replacing carpet tack strips
7. Replacing old carpet padding
8. Repairing frayed or ripped seams

Water & Fire Damage Carpet Restoration

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency service due to water or fire damage.

There is no one process that can explain how to perform water and/or fire damage carpet restoration. Our technicians are trained on the following techniques:

1. Removing and extracting moisture from problem areas
2. Disinfecting and Anti-Microbial remediation of affected as well as unaffected areas
3. Dry-out of saturating areas
4. Ozone and/or fogging treatment of affected areas
5. Repairing and replacing affected areas back to pre-trauma conditions

Odor Elimination from Carpet and Upholstery

This process is like water and fire damage carpet restoration whereas the process changes on a case to case basis. Our technicians are trained to treat this work in any situation. Examples of some odors we have eliminated in the past include:

1. Pet urine and other pet odors

3. Particular cooking odors
4. Skunk odor (in the house)
5. Smoke odor (from cigarettes or fire)
